There are photobooths and their are what Brett and I call fun booths, and don’t let the name fool you, both are a tremendous amount of fun for guests. We love traditional photobooths with the little curtain that closes you off from the party and snaps off 3-4 photos and spits out a glossy keepsake. Sometimes you want something a little different or that will accommodate really large groups and that is where the Fun Booth comes in.
Jeff and Kelsey found 3 antique doors some old teal fencing and a set of chinese lanters to make their fun booth. The great thing about fun booths is that you can make your backdrop out of almost anything. A stylishly papered wall, some beautiful curtains, a sheet hung between two trees, a wall of empty picture frames, a barn door, really just about anything.
On the day of the wedding we showed up with an extra camera, lights and remote trigger. We set our extra gear up so the guests could grab some props, hop infront of the wooden doors and take their own crazy pictures. Jeff and Kelsey’s fun booth could accomodate anywhere from just one person to large groups of 15-20. There were a lot of fun photos and prop combinations that night and we wanted to share our faves. Hope you enjoy!
